Terms of Service
Last updated 6 August 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
JMeterHub ("JMeterHub", "we", "us") operates the website at jmeterhub.com and the tools available on it (the "Service"). By using the Service you enter into an agreement with JMeterHub, operated by Mohamed Tarek Samir Hamdy. Questions can be sent to hello@jmeterhub.com.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation. If you use it as an individual, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country.
3. What the Service does
JMeterHub analyses Apache JMeter result files (.jtl, in CSV or XML form). Parsing and statistics run in your browser: the contents of your result files are not uploaded to our servers unless you are a Pro subscriber and explicitly choose to save an analysis or generate an AI conclusion. In those cases only the computed report (summary statistics, per-transaction metrics, error counts, time series) is sent and stored — never the raw result file.
4. Accounts
Accounts are available to Pro subscribers. You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
5. Licence and restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer the Service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent technical limits or feature gates.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or for fraud or spam;
- upload content you do not have the rights to, or that infringes intellectual property;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including malware, probing, penetration testing without permission, or automated scraping;
- submit personal data, credentials, secrets or confidential third-party information inside result files or analysis names.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the result data and analyses you create. For saved analyses, you grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
8. AI-generated conclusions
The Pro plan can generate a written conclusion from your computed statistics using a third-party AI model. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. It is a drafting aid, not professional advice, and must be reviewed by a competent engineer before being relied on, shared, or used to make release, capacity or commercial decisions. You are responsible for the data you submit, for verifying accuracy, and for how you use the output. We may filter, refuse or restrict outputs, and may remove content or suspend accounts for repeated or serious misuse.
9. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design, documentation and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers any of our intellectual property to you. Apache JMeter is a trademark of the Apache Software Foundation; JMeterHub is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Apache Software Foundation.
10. Service level
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and maintenance or third-party outages may cause downtime.
11. Payment and subscriptions
Pro is a recurring monthly subscription of $5. Payment, billing, currency, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller. For full details see the Paddle Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals and Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, saved analyses may be deleted; you can export your reports to PDF before you leave, and can request an export within 30 days of termination.
13. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.
15. General
You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, and disputes will be heard by the competent courts of that jurisdiction. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date.
